Just allow yourself to feel everything that goes with a loss like that. Don’t try to resist or repress the pain… it will eventually give way to growth. I’m sure you are still young, so much life and love ahead of you. Keep living, take time for yourself but also make sure you surround yourself with people who can help you heal. This too shall pass… the nature of life is fluidity and change. You’ll get better.
